SEPMAC.conf.xml DST setting

Hi there,

I'm just wondering if I can set an offset in this file for a DX650. Right now for EST it's behind by 1 hour. Based on some research I think this is possible for some IP phones such as 7940, but I am not sure about if that applies in general to all phone lines:

Here is what I have config wise:

<dateTimeSetting>
      <timeZone>US Eastern Standard Time</timeZone>
      <ntps>
        <ntp>
        <name>ca.pool.ntp.org</name>
<ntpMode>unicast</ntpMode>
</ntp>
</ntps>
</dateTimeSetting>

  Can I use any of the settings below somehow in this section above (formatted in XML for the DX650)?

dst_offset: “1”
dst_start_month: “October”

dst_start_day: “1”
dst_start_day_of_week: “Sunday”
dst_start_week_of_month: “8”
dst_start_time: “02”
dst_stop_month: “March”

dst_stop_day: “3”
dst_stop_day_of_week: “Sunday”
dst_stop_week_of_month: “8”
dst_stop_time: “02”
dst_auto_adjust: “1”

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

SEPmacaddress for a 7940/7960 is not compatible because the "syntax" are different.

Thanks, yup that's why I was wondering if there is "syntax" for that series
of phone which is formatted in an XML format that I can specify DST
settings.
