Server License issue

Hi Brothers

I have issue with server's license , I have CUCM 7.1  claster 4 server 1 pub and 3 sub when I check the license unit report it showing only 3 licenses used not showing 4 why? where the Units Authorized license 8 Lic.

is that meaning one server work without lic?

Hi Ahmed,

You should have at least 4 Node license.

Can u share snapshot of license page from GUI and utils dbreplication runtime from CLI?

I can see u have 8 node licenses and only three are being used.

No this is not new

I don't known why 3 license only apper used where  the 4 servers is up.

Just a thought :

can u check the number of servers appearing in system ----servers  and system----cisco unified CM.

also, is database replication fine

The number of server in system ---server and cisco unified CM is 4

and the replication is fine!!

Can u try restarting license manager service in Publisher from Serviceability----> Control Center ---Network Services during non-office hours ?
