Service Policy in Auto-QoS

Hi,

"auto qos voip cisco-phone" macro give this:

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1

srr-queue bandwidth share 1 30 35 5

priority-queue out

mls qos trust device cisco-phone

mls qos trust cos

auto qos voip cisco-phone

spanning-tree portfast

service-policy input AUTOQOS-SRND4-CISCOPHONE-POLICY

Is service-policy still in-effect if no phone connected to switch port?

Hi,

This conf will trust any voice packets received in port G1/0/1

It won't wait if there is congestion [priority-queue out]

If no phone connected, then no voice pkts. Then only Data will have one treatment
