Services down after loss of power

Hi all,

I have a problem with my Call manager 6.1.2.

After a loss of energy the server comes up but some services didnt start.

Here the list.

My first attempt was reboot the server but nothing change (a lot of reboot)

Second attempt, change memories. Now the server have 8gb.

I try to run the recovery but after nothing change.

Also, i try to start those services manually... but... the same.

Some ideas???

I think in upgrade to 6.1.4 but i dont want to change this version.

I want to try something else before that.
