Set a forward in an extension mobility profile

Hello Guys,

I have configured and extension mobility profile with a SNR associated to allow configure Mobile phones in Call Manager.

What I have noticed is I cannot set a forward, well, I can but it doesn't work. Is it the normal behaviour for an extension mobility profile that is not associated to any IP device?

Thanks

Jose

Hi Leosalcie,

I receive a voice message stating the dialed number is not available. I have gathered traces and Call Manager is sending a 404 Not Found. The CSS is properly set in Call Forward settings.

Cheers,

Jose.

And what's your CSS activation policy set to?

What do you mean? CSS assigned allows all forwards.

What I have noticed is that the forward is performed in half of the time and not at random but in a pattern of a call every other (one yes, one no, one yes, one no...). Called party and calling party are the same.

Thanks,

Jose
