I need a link for a good video that shows how to sent up an Auto Attendant with CUCM 7.13 and Unity Connections. I need to set one up for a client and can not find a good straight forward document or video on Youtube. Can someone help me?
An AA is just call handlers and caller input, you can search CSC for several threads wih instructions on this.
