SFTP setting to backup call manager

Hello Coleagues

please can some help regarding the blackup of CUCM 7 using titan or other software , at the moment i'm using titan but i m geeting every time i'm doing backup .

could you assist with guid line how to do the backup

Here is the Disaster Recovery Administration Guide for 7.1 and it explains adding a back up device as well as how to schedule a backup on a daily/weekly basis.

Are you experiencing any errors or just needed the guide?  If you are running into issues are you open to another type of SFTP server?  I have found in my experience that using the SFTP function in FreeFTPd almost never has issues.
