I am trying to set the storage location in the disaster recovery module in Cisco Call Manager, but it is having trouble logging in to the SFTP server. I can connect to the server manually with the credentials using WinSCP in SSH only mode. When I try to plug the same credentials in to the DR module it gives me a failure (bad username/password). Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

When you installed CCM 5.x did you enable the root account for shell access?
If so, you can ssh into the CCM and try to scp from there to your windows ssh server.

I switched SFTP servers to the one listed in a previous forum string. I am now using freeFTPd and it is working. I had tried CoreFTP miniserver and FTPShell with no success. Thanks for your reply, though.
