share line/extension between FXO and SIP

we have a paging system connected to FXO ports on 2901 CME (version 9.1). Now we a need to use another sip-based valcom at another shop floor. How can we use the same extension on both fxo phone and sip phone?

It would have to be a DN for this to work. The only way to share a DN would be to use line-side devices. In this case that would be either a MGCP-controlled FXO port and a third-party SIP device phone type. If you need to a SIP Trunk or other trunk-side feature where the extension can't exist as a DN in CUCM, you're out of luck.
