Is there a way in CCM5.1 to turn off the call log information on shared lines. We have a privacy issue where if someone places a call from a shared line others should not be able to see that information.
It is not possible to hide the CDR records from being generated. The each CDR record does generate and store the ip address of the calling phone. So you maybe able to filter on the "origIpAddr
