Shared Line Caller-ID

Have a question about shared-line CID.  I have a group of 8 users with their primary lines shared acroos all 8 phones.  When User A gets a call from a customer they want to have it so other users can press their line and see the caller-id information from the incoming call to User A.

I cant find a way to do it.  Also, I just read that you shouldnt share a primary line across more than one phone.  Could that be causing my issue?

Phones are 9971's using SIP if that helps at all.

You need to disable Privacy on all the phones which is on by default.
