Shared Line CFA

I have a UCM 7.1.3 cluster and with a few phones using shared lines off from it.  We'd like to be able to CFA those shared lines when needed.  However, right now if you select the line and go to press CFA it's greyed out.  It there a setting some where I may have missed?

are these lines non-primary on  79xx series phones? in which case I believe you can only do it from the web front end

Another option, is to write your own service to allow you to set the CallForward on shared lines
