Hi,
I have few phones (around 6) where all second lines are configured with one shared line number. If anyone calls the second line (shared line) and one user accepts the call and try to put the call on hold all other phones configured with shared line are able to see (like user pressed hold, etc) what is happening on connected phone. Is there any way to restrict this behaviour?
I am using CCM5.x
Regards,
Mady

Well, one way to do it would be to configure unique numbers on each phone and route the calls to the phones with a Broadcast Hunt Group
