Hi All,
We have CUCM 8.5 setup where there is a shared line setup for IT support. For an incoming call, one of the member in the shared line group answers there wont be any missed calls on the other phones. But if no one answers, there is missed calls on all phones. Is there a way we can setup like, if any of the member checks the missed call logs, the missed call alert gets disabled from all the other phones as well.
Many Thanks,
Mohamed

Each phone keeps it's own list of missed calls, so it cannot be cleared on multiple phones when one user checks them. This would be a good candidate for a feature request.

Is there a good or official way to submit feature requests ?

You need to get in touch with your Cisco account team and they can open it on your behalf.

Uncheck "Log Missed Calls" under the line setting of shared line.
Log Missed Calls
If the check box displays as checked, which is the default for this setting, Cisco Unified Communications Manager logs missed calls in the call history for the shared line appearance on the phone. If you uncheck the check box, missed calls do not get logged to the shared line appearance.

^ That would work if you are ok with disabling logging missed calls completely.
