We have a shared line 1111 across 6 phones (7920, 7961G-GE, 7971)
It shows off-hook symbol on the display and line button lights on, even though 1111 is NOT in use by any of those phones.
I've checked if handset is off hook but nothing wrong.
Maximum numer of calls and busy trigger is set to 4/2, so no problem with making & receiving calls but it's just annoying...
Have anyone come across this kind of issue?
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
Call Manger version is 7.1.4

Hi Jumpei,
I had similar issue in past, issue happens when call gets terminated due to unexpected error (Mostly when calls comes from PSTN through MGCP gateway).
You can verify max line = x and busy trigger= x counters in CCM Traces to see if it shows any existing call.
Restarting CCM Service will help.
