I'm trying to create a shared extension between an manager and assistant. However, I'm only getting the assistant phone to ring while the manager phone does not show any incoming calls. is there a fix for this?
secondly, i need to add a sip phone as a secondary shared line to a sip phone. will it work and if yes would both phones ring at the same time as desired?
