shared lines help required

As of now we do not have unity implemented but soon we will have it.

my manager does not want to answer all the calls and he want to filter those calls to his secretary so which is the best feature to provide him i am planning to have shared lines, intercom between my manager and secretary will it work what else i need to configure .or else i need to configure some other features early solutions are highly appreciated

You can simply use IPMA
