sho mls qos maps dscp-cos - How do you read this?

Trying to get my head re-wrapped around QOS. Looking at the marking map on 2960s and 3560s and I get this... How do I read this? The docs don't give me a hint at all

Dscp-cos map:

Hi,

Colum D1 is the 1st digit of your DSCP, D2 is the 2nd digit

Dscp-cos map:
