Show ephone-hunt X statistics. Nubers of calls in queue explanation

The show ephone-hunt X stat command provides data related to the BACD in CME or UC500.  What is the data referenced in the "Numbers of calls in the queue"?  I have an existing client that has 2 separate CSV files of the BACD reporting, one date shows there was 1, the other shows 0 like in the reference below. I cannot find any documentation from Cisco that states what this is referencing. Can anyone shed some light on this please?  I have referenced the 2 documents below without finding an explanation. 

Queue related statistics:
 
      Total calls presented to the queue:  5
      Calls answered by agents: 6
      Number of calls in the queue:  0
      Average time to answer (secs):  2
      Longest time to answer (secs):  3
      Number of abandoned calls:  0
      Average time before abandon (secs):  0
      Calls forwarded to voice mail:  0
      Calls answered by voice mail:  0
