Call forwarding configuration

We have configured the Call forwarding function in our office. Is there any capability to show the customer's original phone number on our agent's mobile screen?

As an example:

Let's assume that the customer with the number 479-555-15-55 dials the number 151-15-55-2001. The call is routed to a voice gateway and then to a CUCM cluster. Suppose that the last 4 digits of a public number correspond to an agent's extension number. After that, the phone with the extension number 2001 will ring. Then the call will be redirected to the agent's cell phone number as well, for example, to the agent's cell phone number 408-555-10-01.

Is there any possibility to show on the agent's cell phone screen as the incoming call of customer number (479-555-15-55) without displaying the redirected number?

if we send ANI other than the DID range, most of the ITSP either drop the call or translate to your DID pilot number. They do this for billing purpose. so in your case if you use ANI as mobile number, ISP will drop or translate it to the DID pilot.

You need to check with your ITSP if they allow it.

Hi,

The easiest way to do this is using SNR with each agent extension having a
remote destination pointing to his/her mobile number. In this case, when
the customer calls the agent it will ring both the extension and mobile.
The number displayed on the mobile will be the customer number.
