We have Cisco 8861 phone enabled with SNR, and CUCM is v10.5.2
Will it be possible to do like this with SNR?
"When you are on a call on 8861 and want to send this call (in conversation) to your mobile, just press a softkey or a button etc and the call will be sent to mobile."

Yes, it is possible. You need to configure mobility soft key (soft key template) and that key need to pressed when you want to switch the call to remote destination and for switch call back to phone just you need to disconnect the call from remote destination(mobile) and within few seconds(i guess it is 3 sec) you can receive the call from phone.

Users access this feature on the IP phone via the Mobility softkey. The feature triggers a remote destination pickup, which allows the user to move an active mobility call from the user desk phone to a configured remote destination phone.
