Single Number Reach isn't showing my desk number when calling in from my cell

I have single number reach setup and when i call in from my cell phone it appears as if I'm calling from my desk which is what i want.

The issue we're having is that we cannot get this to happen for a staff member that has a cell phone from a different area code. Is it just a matter of messing around with the number or is it not possible to get this cell phone from a different area code to show as if they're calling from their desk when they call into the organization.

Does the incoming calling number for the particular employee exactly matches with the 

remote destination configured on call manager?

if it does not match completely then you might want to play around with the following two

service parameter.

Matching Caller ID with Remote Destination
Number of Digits for Caller ID Partial Match.

Please note this would be a global change
