Single number reach not working

One of client lost the single number reach feature after upgrade to CUCM 9.1 from 8.1. Incoming call rings only the main DN but not remote the destination.

I have checked all the configuration relating to the SNR.

Just wondering if  someone  has encountered the same issue or knows about this issue.
