Single number reach (SNR) on second line of a phone

Can anyone confirm or deny that Single number reach can actually work on the second line of a phone?

I seem to struggle getting it to work on the second line, i.e. the second line rings, rolls over to mobile, when the mobile picks up the call, but the initiating calling party and second line keep ringing.

CUCM and 8941

Yes, SNR on the second line works. Must be some other issue.

Are you trying calling internally?

If you configure the same line on the first button, does it work ?

Need to pull a set of CUCM traces and verify what's happening.

This is usually a timer problem. CUCM believes that the Remote Destination answered either before the Answer Too Soon or after the Answer Too Late timers. Remember that CUCM is basing this decision solely off of the SIP 200 OK or ISDN CONNECT messages. If the cell phone provider sends that earlier than you expect (e.g. during ringback) then the Answer Too Soon timer has been hit.
