Hello All,
We utilize Single Number reach in our environment. One of our users is experiencing an issue with external calls not being forwarded to his mobile phone. All on net calls are being forwarded successfully. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

You need provide more information then this...
Can you call that end users external number normally? What are your SNR settings for that users (e.g. answer timers, delay timer, etc).

Thanks for your quick response. Here are the answers to your questions.
Can you call that end users external number normally? Yes, there is no issue with inbound calls from the PSTN.
What are your SNR settings for that users?
Destination Number - 9 + 10 digit cell number
Answer Too Soon Timer - 1500
Answer Too Late Timer - 19000
Delay Before Ringing Timer - 0
Mobile Phone is checked
Enable Mobil Connect is checked
Ring all the time is checked
Always ring this Destination is checked.

Michael,
What I meant is can you call the external number (outbound PSTN) normally? Just want to make sure the number is reachable externally. Your config looks fine. Are you using any "Application Dial Rule"?
