I am completely newbie for this field, please forgive if there were any mistakes from my side...
I am trying to configure calls between two SIP accounts that is between VICI and MATRIX PBX, but receiving an error stating below.

Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible its an emergency to my start up.

This call is rejected by Matrix PBX because it couldn't identify the required SIP trunk to route the call.
If you can share me the INVITE message received by Matrix PBX, I can help you with required configuration to be done in Matrix PBX.
