I am running CUCM V 11.0. I have an issue where calls are being dropped when the receptionist transfers a call to another internal extension.
It doesn't happen on every call, but more often than not. It doesn't matter if it is a blind transfer or a warm transfer.
I am attaching a call example from this morning.

Answered by ext 5600
Transferred to ext 5624
User reports call rang at the transferred ext but the call dropped as it was being answered.
