Below log errors are being spammed constantly but no production issues are reported or can be produced. Can you tell me what they mean and whether it’s a source of concern.
“Jun 1 19:14:17: %SIP-3-BADPAIR: Unexpected event 21 (SIPSPI_EV_CC_CODEC_LOCAL_DNLD_DONE) in state 25 (SIP_STATE_MIDCALL_RECD_SUCCESS) substate 0 (SUBSTATE_NONE)”.
Is this due to any known bugs? I found the below bug:
CSCsb72851, which is resolved in 12.4(3b) and it shouldn't have any impact on calls.... But this relates to a different event ID:
%SIP-3-BADPAIR: Unexpected event 16
Any ideas?
Thanks.
