I wanted to know if anyone has heard of this before and if so what might be the cause. I have a user in the UK that is trying to dial into our conference bridge system and he is getting a SIP 403 error message.They are using an Audio Codes GW with of course the SIP trunk connecting back to our Cisco Cube router.I'm attaching a copy of what he sent me in email on a notepad,thanks in advance for any help and as always have a great day.
Make sure the CUBE toll-fraud prevention is configured for this.
To investigate further we will need "debug ccsip messages" output.

You know Chris that is what I thought the issue was,can you tell me what commands would I input into the CUBE to implement the toll fraud prevention. I think that your 100% right because everywhere I've google about this and CUBE it has been the toll fraud that wasn't enabled.
