SIP 7841 - Error Verifying Config Info

Hi all,

 

I have configured a C3925E router with the latest software and loads files.

IOS: c3900e-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M1.bin

Load: sip78xx.10-1-1SR4.loads

 

I have four Cisco 7841 SIP phones registered on the CME and I have no problem getting 3rd party to register.

 

The problem is when I connect a new Cisco 7841, then it wont register.

It keeps opening the correct SEP-config file every 30 second and when I go to status messages on the phone, then it says:

"Error Verifying Config Info"

 

I had some problems in the beginning with the first 4 phones as well, but I have no idea what I did to make them register.

 

Any help is welcome.
