Hi.

Can you please check the conf station configuration. In particular you need to check sip parameters.

Please remove working conf station from the network and attach it again.

During this operation activate a debug ccsip messages and post me the output.

Thanks

Carlo

Hi

Any solution, I have the same problem

Regards

Is the 8831 stuck at the cisco screen or do you actually get a screen saying it is not registered?  If it is stuck at the cisco screen, and you are trying 9-3-3-5 firmware, that may be the issue.  The newer 8831 need to run newer firmware then 9-3-35.

Hi,

Hope you have added these commands:

voice service voip

sip

registrar server

bind all source-interface <interface>

Erase the config of the conference phone and then try again.

Hi inderpreetsingh23,

Yes this command is added as I have another device working fine.

Thanks
Sam
