I have a remote office in oversea that is not part of our company VoIP system. It is a brand new office and its VoIP system was setup by local contract company. Now, I'm trying to finish up where they left off. It's SIP based CME running on 2901 router version 15.4.3.M4.
Question, can user forward calls to their cell phone number after 5 rings? And, unanswered calls goes back to Unity Express? Is this possible?
