Hi,
For a specific dialed / outgoing number call drops after 4 rings. I found this "500 Internal Server" error as i collect logs from Call manager.

possible solution? or do i need to collect debug info from our Cube too? can you please guide me through.

Hi,
SIP messages from Cube would be more helpful for all readers :) The message from your ITSP is more interesting and related dial-peer config to identify root cause.
For proper trace collection on CUBE / IOS please read https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/62906/how-properly-and-safely-collect-debugs-ios-router
and enable only debug ccsip messages.
