SIP call fails with fast busy

I have received complaints that certain phone numbers give you a fast busy when you dial them.  Most calls have no issue.  I have attached the call output from the SIP Cube of a calls that complete & a couple that doesn't.  Any advice would be appreciated.  My environment consists of:

call manager v11.5

pub in DC = 10.56.1.10

sub is local in corp office = 10.18.84.30

Thank you for your reply Rajan but this was just resolved with a restart of the UCCX server. Not sure what the UCCX server has to do with this as I'm not a voice guru but I'm going to check for any correlation.

Can you share "debug ccsip messages" for one failed call along with calling and called number to check further
