SIP call transfer to mobile fails

Hi,

I just recently setup SIP connection to TIPT via my Cisco CUBE.

Call flow:

IP Phone -> SCCP -> CUCM -> SIP Trunk -> CUBE -> SIP TIPT

When a mobile calls into SIP DID, IP Phone x101 needs to transfer the call out to SIP again to another mobile phone, I get fast busy as soon as I hit the 1st digit of the called number.

CUCM is setup with the phone using the Device Pool that is programmed with MRGL. MRGL is then registered to the CUBE DSP for hardware conferencing.

could you please collect debug ccsip message & debug voice ccapi inout for a test call along with ccm traces? please post your cube config too.
