Hi All,
We are facing the issue in 7940 Phone between Cisco & Nortel via SIP Trunk ( Delyed offer). When 7940 Phone made a call to any nortel phone we are facing oneway rtp issue.[ Nortel user unable to hear Cisco User Voice]
From the streaming statistics understood that rtp fllowing between these endpoints ( Sening & Receving packets ). Once we put the call in hold & resume we able to hear the Voice.
Other model phones like 69XX,7942 are working fine without issue. has anyone faced the issue ?

How is the 7940 registered as? SIP or SCCP? what is the CUCM version?
could you please provide the CCM(sip) traces for a working and nonworking call?

Hi Suresh,
Phone are registred as SCCP. CUCM version 9.1 . I will shared the CUCM logs shortly
