SIP ID (extension) matching

Is there any way in the Cisco gateways to have the SIP engine only send INVITEs if it matches an extension exactly (e.g., if I have extension 123 and someone dials extension 1234 which does not exist, I do not want extension 123 to ring).  I am also having a problem with the pilot number for hunt groups in the same way.  If I have a pilot 123 in one huntgroup and in another huntgroup extension 1234 that is currently off line (not registered), when the huntgroup with 1234 is searched, when it gets to 1234 it will cause huntgroup associated with pilot 123 to get searched (and stop searching on the original huntgroup).

It's not the answer you want, but if your dial-plan involves over-lapping DNs, you need to fix your dial-plan.

Sorry.
