SIP Outbound Call no response from Telco

Hello,

We are experiencing SIP outbound call issue wherein cube sends SIP invites to Telco but no response from them. As per Telco they didn't received any SIP invites from us. The same with the inbound call, we didn't received any invites from them. Ping test from both end is ok but we believed that it is a connectivity issue. Is there anything we must check on the cube just to be sure.

Thank you so much!

Hi,

Do you have any devices connected in front of your CUBE connecting to
ITSP.? Check if they are blocking anything.?

Also, ensure that the correct source IPs are used by both parties (you and
telco). If you are not using the correct source IPs, telco will drop the
packets. Also, check your local CUBE if it has an ACL which dropping
packets.

Apart from what @Mohammed al Baqari already listed the correct source IP from your SP is also important for the SBC (Cube) to let the traffic pass by the built in security in IOS for toll fraud prevention. If you’re SP would use any other source IP than you have defined on the dial peer you’d need to add it to the allowed list under voice service voip trusted list.

In addition to what the other guys have said, there is a further step you can take to verify inbound calls. If you do have something in front of the CUBE and you or your team manage this device (e.g. Firewall), take a packet capture on this device and filter on the ITSP source IP address to check if you're receiving anything from them.
