SIP outbound is not working

Hi All,

 

Greetings. Does any one familiar here with Dial plan settings of STC in Saudi Arabia.

I dont have any problems with my incoming , i have problems with my outgoing calls alone.

I am receiving the error 483 busy  here.

Contacted STC, they told us to reconfigure dial plan, i have made wild card settings as dial plan but still same.

Need your help guys.

what is your call flow? CME or CUCM with CUBE?

 

can you collect debug voice ccapi inout & debug ccsip message for an outbound call as well as for an inbound call too?

 

please include the calling & called number details for both the test calls
