SIP Phone registration delay after firewall failover

Hello

Recently i brought our cucm cluster behind two fwsm firewall, everything is correct and all ip phones (SCCP, SIP) are registered and working properly,

for testing purpose i failoverd the main firewall to see the behaviour of all network services and find out when failover occured all IPPhones are unregisterd, but SCCP phones are reregistered very soon while the SIP phones like 9951 have unknown behaviours some of them are stuck in registration, the others register very soon and in random some of them took very long to register.

I don't know what the problem is, maybe its sip timers, but don't know which one,

I appreciated any guide to solve this problem.

I've not dealt with the FWSM before, but a quick google tells me it's based on the Cisco PIX. My first suggestion would be: Turn off protocol inspection - especially for SIP !
