Sip phone supplementary features - Park, Meet-me, etc

In callmanager 7.1.x ,  how do we use the supplementary features on a 3rd party sip phone?  I'm particularly interested in meet-me bridge creation.

There's no way to initiate the meet-me (start it) conference from a 3rd party phone right now but 3rd party phones certainly can join the conference by dialing the meet-me number after it has been started.
