We are working with a customer to setup an IP Telephony system. There are two types of phones in the infrastructure, the 7900 and the 7800 series. We have SRST configured and when we simulate a failure the 7800 phone takes about 5 minutes whereas the 7900 takes less than a minute to detect failure and register to the router.
We would like to have this rectified, has anyone every encounter this issue and was able to resolve it?
