I hope to explain this so it makes sense. My sip provider has configured my 2800 for my sip service. 2900 serves as the server for the phones credentials and configuration.
at random the sip connection disconnects from my ISP. The 2800 is the only thing that is configured for my static IP. Is there something that causes this naturally or is this some sort of conflict. When logging into my isp router you can see the dynamic DHCP remains connected it’s just the 2800 that disconnects. Some cases it will hold for days or other times hours.
I utilize CME on the 2900 and the 2800 has the voicemail system. Additionally 8800 series phones. I’m extremely new to this stuff with little experience. Any help is appreciated.
