SRST is something which will work Best with Cisco Phones.
Because for SRST to work the Phone will Obtain via TFTP list of Unified CM server to which it should register in the predefined Order. So it may not be supported for third party phones. For some phones if they have the option to add multiple proxy it may work but i have not seen any such documentation.
I have not tested any phones for the same.
