Hi,

I'm trying to get sip srst working and must be missing something very simple.

This is the config I've got:

voice service voip

ip address trusted list

  ipv4 85.119.63.4

  ipv4 10.26.120.129

  ipv4 10.26.120.0 255.255.255.0

address-hiding

allow-connections sip to sip

redirect ip2ip

fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none

sip

  bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/1

  bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/1

  registrar server

  asserted-id pai

  midcall-signaling passthru

  pass-thru content sdp

  sip-profiles 1

As far as the router is concerned the phones are registering:

However, the phones themselves just sit there with the message : Registering and blank screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Did you check if the phone has the SRST reference? At the phone Go to Setting -->Device Configuration --> Unified CM Configuration--> SRST: IP?

Yep - 2nd server is the SRST gateway

CUCM Server1
10.26.120.129 Active
CUCM Server2
10.26.120.148 Standby

Your proxy is the IP address of the CUCM server then, it needs to be the local SRST GW.

Tried that but still the same result.
