Feel like I should know the answer to this, but I cannot find any Cisco docs with the answer. Does anyone know if I can have SIP phones register in SRST and be able to take multiple calls on a single DN simultaneously using SRST default mode or do I need to use ESRST or CME-SRST? If so, what is the command to make this happen? I just implemented default mode SRST and my SIP phones give a busy when the 2nd call comes in.
Thanks in advance,
Glenn

Hi Mohammed,
Thanks for the reply. I tried the busy-triggers setting but I can still only get a single call to a DN at a time. So that didn't seem to do anything for me. It seems odd to me that in basic SRST mode I can only get a single call to a DN for SIP phones but I can set SCCP phones to dual or octo.
Thanks,
Glenn
