SIP TO SIP n SCCP to SIP Transfer Problem in CME

hello 

i have strange issue related to transfer betweeb sip n sccp

let me explain exactly what is happening

PSTN --- CME --- Ext 100 [SCCP Phone Operator]  .... if call coming directly from PSTN she can transfer the call to sip phones

 

Branch PABX (non cisco) ---- MPLS Cloud ---- CME --- SIP Phone

if from branch a guy dialed ext, other person answered, trying to transfer , press the transfer key, dial the extension both calls remain in hold & no voice and unable to resume also, any one can recommend anything

Try to change the transfer type to consultive. Also, what is the connection to the PABX?
