SIP trunk configuration on CUBE with CUCM

we have configured a SIP trunk on CUBE with a far end Asterisk SIP server and another trunk to internal UCM; the call flow will be "the call will be transferred to CUBE from Asterisk SIP server and CUBE will forward this call to UCM through SIP trunk. This scenario is not working and when call is initiated from the Asterisk SIP server i can see the matching incoming & outcoming dial peers on CUBE (through debug) but the error message recieved on Asterisk SIP server is "call congestion".

CUBE configuration and UCM trunk configurations are attached for further reference.

can you please describe your call flow I can see that there is another server between CUBE and the asterisk server..

Does the invite get to the CUBE?
