Dear colleagues,
I'm currently monitoring 2 sip trunks between 2 clusters. Both have sip options enabled.
If I list all sip trunks going to Device > Trunk, CUCM gets me Full Service and Time in Full Service of over 10 days.
However, if I go into any of the sip trunk configuration, I see Status 'up' and Duration 'Time up: 0 days and 14 hours' in CUCM1 and 0 days and 21 hours in CUCM2.
Why do we get this discrepancy? What do they actually mean?
