SIP Trunk for incoming call from SIP Provider

Dear,

I am new to Collab World.

My Scenario is

SIP Provider----(SIP Trunk)------VGateway---------(H323)--------CUCM10.5.2-----------------UCCX

i want to configure incoming call to route to UCCX Application.

Please help to know what step i do to configure this scenario.

the configuration that i do and debug that i have is like this:

and i Configure a SIP Trunk from CUCM to Router with defaullt sip profile and security profile on CUCM 10.5.2

In call flow, you have mentioned h323 protocol b/w CUCM and VG...dial-peer pointing towards CUCM is using  SIP protocol....I assume its using SIP protocol.

can you make a test call and collect logs of debug ccsip messages from SIP gateway

Make sure the Calling Search Space applied to the SIP trunk lists the partition assigned not only the CTI Route Point pointing to the application, but also your CTI ports used by CCX.
